Self Pick-Up 11.00am - 2.30pm; 5.15pm - 8.30pm
Delivery 11.30am - 3.00pm; 5.30pm - 9.00pm
Food is best consumed within 1 hour of receiving the order.

ORDER PLACEMENTS AND MINIMUM ORDER
Orders to be placed in advance: 1 hour for Pick-Up; 2 hours for Delivery.
For orders >$300, orders must be placed at least 1 day before.
For orders >$1000, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
On peak days, special cut-off time / advance order arrangements may apply.
We use external delivery partners for the delivery service and all charges go to them.
Delivery charge starts from minimum of $20. Surcharges apply for eve/on Public Holidays and deliveries to Sentosa and secured zones.
PAYMENT (SECURE TRANSACTIONS)
Full payment by credit card before delivery only.
Online payment is made by credit card (via STRIPE)
Customer accepts that his/her account is debited for the total amount due at the time of order.
EXCHANGE POLICY: REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
No refunds, exchange, cancellation or amendment is applicable once payment is confirmed, processed and completed online.
WHOLE EARTH will not be held liable for delays in the event of traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
WHOLE EARTH reserves the right to change the product range at any time and from time to time.
In the event that one or several products ordered become(s) unavailable within the time period indicated, WHOLE EARTH undertakes to inform the customer of this fact as quickly as possible by email. The order shall be automatically cancelled and the customer is reimbursed within 30 days at the latest following full settlement of the amount paid, except where the customer expressly wishes to switch his/her order to a substitute product advised by WHOLE EARTH. The customer agrees and acknowledges that no penalty shall be applied for such cancellations and that subject to the above, receipt of reimbursement of the amount paid by the customer shall be conclusive, and the customer waives all rights to claim any penalty or other costs from WHOLE EARTH.
APPLICABLE LAWS AND DISPUTES
The Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from or under the Terms & Conditions, shall be governed by Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore regarding any such dispute. A person who is not a party to Terms & Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any part of Terms & Conditions.
