Established in 2003, WHOLE EARTH is proud to be Singapore's first and only plant-based restaurant awarded the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand for 4 consecutive years in 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019.
We are dedicated to select only the freshest plant-based ingredients and cook them wholeheartedly. To obtain the right taste, texture and bursting flavors hallmark of robust Peranakan and Thai cuisine - highly nutritious legumes, vegetables, grains and other rare mushrooms such as monkeyhead and mountain wood mushrooms - are used in many of our dishes.
The safely guarded traditional recipes passed down over multiple generations from family and friends, are carefully honed and finetuned over many years since 2003. Whole Earth endeavors to preserve the authentic flavors through plant-based cuisine for generations to come.
